It strengthens nerves and activates them. It eases cramps and pain, especially those connected with the menstrual cycle.
Catnip essential oil has been used to treat chills, flatulence, insect bites, insomnia, muscular aches and pains, nervous dyspepsia, nervous tension, rheumatism, emotional and stress-related conditions.
