Lemon myrtle essential oil is very effective for relieving sinus and hay fever symptoms, when used through inhalation.  It is an ideal choice for relieving asthma, bronchitis, coughs, and mucus in the respiratory system.

It makes a fine oil for spinal application, as it works on the muscles to release holding patterns and relax.  It is a liver stimulant.

It is also very useful for certain skin conditions such as acne and psoriasis.  It must be well diluted for this type of application.

Lemon myrtle essential oil has an affinity for the prostate gland, and can relieve congestion in the gland.  Similarly, it can work to balance thyroid, ovaries, and hormonal issues in general.
