It is a great topical oil for massage and spinal compresses, with pain relieving qualities and muscle relaxing properties.
It is a perfect oil for assisting the respiratory system, as it is anti-bacterial and anti-viral. It is also a powerful expectorant, helping to expel phlegm and mucus, and opening breathing passages when inhaled.
It is very high in vitamin C, and can be used internally as a homeopathic remedy for lung or kidney regeneration, or for boosting the immune system. It helps relieve pain in joints and muscles, promotes increased tendon flexibility, and helps recovery from injury including broken bones.
