Observations and Anecdotal Information
Cumin CO2 extract contains a high level of anti-oxidants. It helps to purify and detoxify the blood, and stimulate lymphatic circulation. I use it in some herbal formulas, and mainly on foods, for detoxification.
It is a digestive aid. It relieves flatulence, bloating, stomach cramps, colitis, and indigestion. Even a tiny drop of cumin can have this effect; take one drop in hot water for this purpose.
Its hormone balancing properties make it a good choice for supporting recovery from hormone-based issues such as prostate congestion or hypothyroid condition. It can be applied to the spine, or as a compress on organs or energy centers, to help balance hormone related conditions.
For some people, cumin CO2 extract has an aphrodisiac effect. It combines very beautifully with true rose otto for that purpose.
Cautions
