It is used in natural perfumery to create resinous notes, amber bases, and precious woods notes, forest notes, colognes, after-shave lotions, diffuser blends, chypre, fougere, sacred perfumes, incense notes.
External––topical application, skin application, bath, massage, local or spinal compress, application to energy centers and meridian points

The rare Swiss stone pine is found in the Alps of Switzerland and Austria. It’s harvest is controlled to assure that the tree will be abundant for the next generations.
Swiss stone pine essential oil is traditionally used as a skin treatment for many conditions and skin diseases of the scalp and skin.
It is also used for treating many respiratory conditions. It is helpful for sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and smoker’s cough.
It seems to be a stimulant for male hormones, although there are no studies in this category that I am aware of. It has been used to treat bladder infections and impotence.
