
Super Clean Pesto Recipe
Michael and I have used this pesto when we want to detox our systems. The cilantro and parsley combined can help draw heavy metals and toxins out of the tissues, and stimulate the kidneys to release them. Best of all, it is a tasty addition to whole grain pastas, steamed veggies, and brown rice dishes.
Place in Vita-mix or blender:
1/4 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch cilantro or 2 drops cilantro essential oil
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon Aleppo pepper from Penzey’s
1/8 teaspoon natural sea salt
1/4 c. pine nuts
1/4 cup cold-pressed olive oil
2 drops basil essential oil
(Add a small amount of water only if it is too thick when blended)
Grind on a very low speed, pulsing to mix. Pesto should be a little chunky when done. Covers at least 2 servings of cooked or raw vegetables.
Place this pesto over cooked zucchini noodles for a lovely vegan dinner! It is also good on potatoes, rice dishes, and grain pastas.
Always use only high quality pure essential oils for cooking.

Recipe for Merkaba Light Farro Salad
1 cup farro
1/3 cup cold-pressed olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 drops black pepper essential oil
1/2 teaspoon natural sea salt (optional)
Soak 1/4 cup dried prunes in water.
Cook the farro
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup farro and gently boil until tender — 40 to 45 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
Whisk together olive oil, dijon mustard, fresh orange juice, balsamic vinegar, black pepper essential oil, and natural salt to taste. Set dressing aside.
Chop and place together in a bowl:
3 cups micro salad greens, butter lettuce, or baby kale
1/4 cup dried prunes, presoaked
1/4 cup shredded beet
1/4 cup shredded butternut squash
1/4 cup minced pecans
Toss with the farro and place on serving plates. Drizzle with dressing and serve while warm. Serves 2.

This recipe for Happy Colon breakfast cereal makes a gradual acting colon cleanser. It is mild and effective, and can be used to help keep the colon clear of blockage while doing a parasite cleanse. (We also recommend using home colon cleansing with the Colenz colon cleansing system, especially if you frequently experience blockage or constipation).
It is also a delicious and enjoyable breakfast!
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
6 cups instant organic oats (or substitute rolled oats ground into a course meal)
1 cup ground flax seed
2 t. cinnamon powder
2 t. allspice or Penzey’s baking spice blend
4 T. ground dried rhubarb root
1-1/4 c. Sucanat, raw cane sugar, or maple sprinkles
Blend well and place 1 cup of mix in a Ziploc sandwich baggie. Make up a couple of batches and keep it on hand for everyday use while on a parasite cleanse. One batch makes about 8 cups.
To make cereal, add 3/4 cup of hot oat milk, soymilk, nutmilk, or water to one baggie of dry cereal mix. Add fruit or more sweetener if desired.

Super Nutri Berry Smoothie Recipe
Blend in vita-mix or blender:
- 7 blackberries, fresh or frozen
- 10 cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 5 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 7 blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 t. True Blue coral calcium powder
- 1 t. Dr. Hagiwara’s Veggie Magma or Barley Grass powder
- 1 T. maple syrup or 13 drops stevia if sweetener is needed
If you feel the need for protein, add 1 T. soy protein powder, 1 egg, or another protein supplement.
Blend on high speed for a minute or two, until it is smooth. Drinking this smoothie every day will renew energy and zest for life! If the smoothie is cold, allow it to sit at room temperature for a short while before serving. Serves 2.

To make Pure Avocado Energy, you will need:
- Salish alder smoked sea salt
- High quality Seabuckthorn berry oil (hemp seed oil, or another high frequency botanical oil)
Peel and slice the avocados in half. Remove seed. Place 2 halves with “bowls” up on each plate.
Sprinkle cayenne and Salish smoked salt over the avocados, and drizzle lightly with seabuckthorn berry oil. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
Avocados are one of the most nutritious foods for regenerating the digestive system. They are nutrient dense, meaning they provide substantial amounts of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients with relatively few calories.
Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins and folic acid. They also act as a “nutrient booster” by enabling the body to absorb more fat-soluble nutrients, such as alpha and beta-carotene and lutein, from foods that are eaten with the fruit.
Folic acid helps produce and maintain new cells. This is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both adults and children need folic acid to make normal red blood cells and prevent anemia.
Avocado has sometimes received a “bad rap” as a vegetable too high in fat. While it is true that avocado is a high-fat food (about 85% of its calories come from fat), the fat contained in avocado is unusual and provides strong health benefits. It can even promote weight loss for those who have excess weight and are nutritionally depleted.
Recent research has shown that absorption of two key carotenoid antioxidants—lycopene and beta-carotene—increases significantly when fresh avocado is added to an otherwise avocado-free salad. One cup of fresh avocado (150 grams) added to a salad of romaine lettuce, spinach, and carrots increased absorption of carotenoids from this salad between 200-400%.
We tend to think about carotenoids as most concentrated in bright orange or red vegetables like carrots or tomatoes.
While these vegetables are fantastic sources of carotenoids, avocado is now known to contain a spectacular array of carotenoids. Researchers believe that avocado’s amazing carotenoid diversity is a key factor in the anti-inflammatory properties of this vegetable.
The list of carotenoids found in avocado include well-known ones like beta-carotene, alpha-carotene and lutein, but also many lesser known carotenoids including neochrome, neoxanthin, chrysanthemaxanthin, beta-cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin, and violaxanthin.

Emerald Elixir Recipe
This recipe makes a truly astonishing regenerating drink for summer, made from the herbs and “weeds” growing in your own garden! It is healing to the heart, cleansing to the blood and lymphatic system. I recommend drinking up to 1 quart daily if you are regenerating from a degenerative condition or disease, or in the process of losing excess weight. This formula can be used for months at a time with very beneficial effects.
To Make Emerald Elixir
Place in a Vita-mix or blender:
2-3 cups fresh chickweed
3 to 6 dandelion leaves
2 to 4 plantain leaves
14 drops stevia extract OR maple syrup to taste
2 drops peppermint essential oil OR 12 drops grapefruit essential oil
Fill with 1 quart purified water
Blend on high for 2 minutes. Strain and store in the refrigerator.
Emerald elixir should be added to water for use. Start with 2 tablespoons elixir in a 6 to 8 oz. glass of water. Take this dosage three times a day for best results. Once your body gets used to the elixir, you can drink more or stronger doses daily.
This elixir can be stored under refrigeration for several weeks without losing its potency. If the taste or aroma changes do not use it. Store in a glass quart jar in the refrigerator.

Beef Saute Recipe
Place in 2 salad bowls:
1 serving each of mesclun mix, or baby lettuce mix
For those who eat animal foods, saute lightly in a hot skillet:
6 to 8 thin slices of organically grown pasture fed beef, fajita meat, or steak, cut into bite sized pieces
1 T. cold pressed olive oil
1/4 t. paprika
4 drops sweet basil essential oil
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1 T. chives or green onion, finely chopped
4 button mushrooms, finely chopped
For those who do not eat animal foods, replace beef slices with extra mushrooms, or 1/2 c. cooked black beans.
Pour saute mix over lettuce in bowls; top with Roast Red Pepper Sauce.
Serve immediately, serves 2.
