Karmic Wheel 4
The Experience of Dharma (or Harmony, Balance and Respect)
When you have worked with the transformation of your thought forms in each stage of the karmic cycle, you may begin to experience pure consciousness (genuine, unconditional and non-emotional love) from the Center of the Wheel. It is the feeling of being in the eye of the hurricane, while the play goes on around you, and while you play your roles in the play!
Now you are centered in love and connected with all of life, even while you make worldly choices and experience less-than-perfect results. You become self-correcting, make conscious choices, and manifest your dreams and desires without judgement, and in synchronicity with the whole.
You share your true feelings with others, as they occur. Relationships become genuine, and filled with respect and appreciation. You easily love, appreciate, express gratitude, express feelings, forgive, and trust. The “Light” and “Dark” parts of the cycle are still there, but now you experience them very differently than you did in the earlier stages.
Many blessings to all for your personal initiation into this level of consciousness and manifestation!

Observing the Karmic Wheel: The Medicine Wheel of Relationship
This is the great cycle of the Medicine Wheel of Relationship. In all relationships, we experience a natural, constantly changing cycle of Light and Darkness. In order to make a shift in consciousness, and in the way we experience our relationships, we need to develop our inner observer.
To do this, check in frequently throughout your day, and observe your thoughts–see if you can identify what stage you are in by the thoughts you are having. This takes the power away from the ego mind, and begins to concentrate power in your true self, located in the Center–not your image self that the mind and emotions are so attached to.
The true self is always standing in the Center of this great cycle, as it is conscious of the whole cycle at once. When we can perceive the whole cycle, we are not identified with one phase or another. We no longer react so much to the outside world, because we know that this is a cycle that will soon pass from one phase into the next. We are no longer stuck!
It takes some personal commitment to continually observe and identify where you are, but it will bring the end of suffering and the beginning of genuineness and true ecstasy. From the level of consciousness in the center of the wheel (the heart), we can change every aspect of our experience of the karmic cycle.
Keep observing–make a game out of it. When the mind or emotions try to bring you back into a state of victimization or blame, just look at them from the center and say to yourself, “Aha! Now I am in the “I Blame You” stage!” Don’t engage with your partner’s charge, or react to it. Just hold a state of presence. This sounds easy, but really it is the whole path to enlightenment, and you will work with it at various levels throughout your life, if you are on a conscious spiritual path.
Once you have cultivated your ability to be the observer, you can move to the next level.

Walking the Karmic Wheel: The Medicine Wheel of Relationship
This image shows the journey that we all walk as human beings. There is no way to be alive (in any form) and NOT experience this karmic cycle, because it is the energetic foundation for life. Even ascended masters have said that we still create karma just by breathing and being in a body. So it is important not to judge or resist this experience of the cycle of karma.
This is the journey of relationship. Beginning at the top of the wheel, we are in the higher frequency phases of the cycle, sometimes referred to as Heaven, or the Light side.
The first phase is “I Love You”. This is where we carry the highest frequency of love for the other. We feel completely attracted to them, and feel good about ourselves, especially when seeing ourselves through the eyes of the other. We want to be together, imagine creating together, doing things together, etc. The thoughts going through our head during this stage can often be obsessive, and sometimes include fearful thoughts of losing the other, or strong images of being together; “I love you, I must have you, I will die if I lose you”, etc.
This is followed by the “I Credit You” phase. Here we feel appreciation for the other, and the kind of thoughts we may have in our head are, “My life is better because of you, you fill me up, you have amazing gifts, I can’t believe you are with me, I am a better person with you in my life”, etc.
At some point in these high frequency phases of walking the wheel, we generate a positive charge which pulls us together with our partner; it is very likely to find expression as a sexual exchange or some other type of positive, loving, harmonious exchange.
The next phase is called “I Am Fulfilled” (or could be–“I Don’t Need You”). Here we feel neutral, but it is really an attitude of superiority disguised as neutrality. We feel self directed and independent. The wild emotion of the “I Love You” stage is now gone, and we feel no more charge. Thoughts might be, “I am fine with you or without you. I really don’t need you in my life. I can take care of myself. You are great, and so am I”, etc.
We are beginning to enter the lower frequency phases of the cycle at this point. The lower phases are called Hell by some religious orders; others think of them as the Dark phases. As we grow in consciousness, we will begin to perceive them differently, and even to enjoy their passage.
The next stage is “I Don’t Love You”. Here we begin to feel repulsed by the other. We can’t imagine what we first saw in him or her–all of their qualities now look like character flaws. As much as we admired them in the first stage, we now see only their weaknesses.
Next we move into the “I Blame You” phase. Here we may have another obsessive thought pattern going on in our head–one that is telling a story about how much the other is disrespecting us, how they are responsible for everything wrong in our lives, how they could not possibly be a good partner for us, etc. We can generate so much negative energy if we allow this stage to go unchecked, that it will frequently end in a fight or argument. This will dispel some of the charge, but may or may not move us out of the phase.
Finally we are in the “I am Empty” (or “I Need You”) phase. This is where we feel the emptiness and begin to want to fill it up. Most humans are afraid of the feeling of emptiness, and will do anything to keep from feeling it. Here we will begin to think,” I need this person in my life, what would I be without him or her”, etc. We are once again approaching the higher frequency phases of the cycle.
And we begin to go around the cycle again.
This cycle can run through really fast–in an hour or two–or really slowly such as during a 20 year partnership. We will experience both microcosmic and macrocosmic versions of the same cycle.
During their first experiences with the relationship cycle, many people have an issue that keeps them from completing the whole cycle.
They may be fine through the falling in love and the early stages, but once arriving at the more challenging stage, where they begin to feel their independence in a relationship, they will just check out and start over with someone else. They may leave a lot of relationships and wonder why they can not find “the one” (a big myth in many cases).
At some point they may grow in consciousness enough to realize that there is something more to relationship, and become willing to break through and stick it out into the other half of the cycle. Only then can the experience of relationships truly change.
Of course, this cycle is polarized. It is mostly controlled by the mind (ego) and felt by the emotions. That means that it has both “good” and “bad” effects, and “good” and “bad” feelings. If we want to change this roller coaster effect, we need to become conscious in the cycle so that the ego and emotions are no longer in control. How do we do that?

Super Clean Pesto Recipe
Michael and I have used this pesto when we want to detox our systems. The cilantro and parsley combined can help draw heavy metals and toxins out of the tissues, and stimulate the kidneys to release them. Best of all, it is a tasty addition to whole grain pastas, steamed veggies, and brown rice dishes.
Place in Vita-mix or blender:
1/4 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch cilantro or 2 drops cilantro essential oil
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon Aleppo pepper from Penzey’s
1/8 teaspoon natural sea salt
1/4 c. pine nuts
1/4 cup cold-pressed olive oil
2 drops basil essential oil
(Add a small amount of water only if it is too thick when blended)
Grind on a very low speed, pulsing to mix. Pesto should be a little chunky when done. Covers at least 2 servings of cooked or raw vegetables.
Place this pesto over cooked zucchini noodles for a lovely vegan dinner! It is also good on potatoes, rice dishes, and grain pastas.
Always use only high quality pure essential oils for cooking.

Whisk together olive oil, dijon mustard, fresh orange juice, balsamic vinegar, black pepper essential oil, and natural salt to taste. Set dressing aside.
Chop and place together in a bowl:
3 cups micro salad greens, butter lettuce, or baby kale
1/4 cup dried prunes, presoaked
1/4 cup shredded beet
1/4 cup shredded butternut squash
1/4 cup minced pecans
Toss with the farro and place on serving plates. Drizzle with dressing and serve while warm. Serves 2.

One complete Home Colon Cleanse kit includes one Colenz board, matching molded plastic 5 gallon bucket, tubing, clamp, and 2 nozzle tips.
The Colenz Home Colon Cleansing unit is a convenient and inexpensive way of cleansing the colon. This procedure is very safe and will keep the colon free and clean of debris, layers of mucous build up, bacteria, and parasites that all contribute to dis-ease conditions.
The unit is constructed with high impact plastic which is easier to sterilize, is non-allergenic and will not delaminate, split or weather.
The catch basin is a rounded sloping area gradually turning downward into the toilet allowing fecal matter to flow away from you into the toilet. The unit weighs only 13 lbs. and is easy to transport and store. The edges of the board are raised and any unwanted liquid is guided into the toilet, not on the floor.
The tubing is surgical grade (not latex), and resists mildew, mold, rot, or becoming gummy. This helps to ensure that you do not recontaminate yourself with past bacteria or contaminants. The unit is wide enough to totally relax on, you do not need to hold your arms to keep them from falling. There is a built-in safety device that keeps the tip from entering the body more than 3 inches and holds the tip in place, ensuring a very comfortable experience.
Home Colon Cleanse Advantages
We have used this unit for over 15 years, and it has served as a fantastic tool for maintaining the highest level of health and vibrant well-being for us. It is our personal belief that no family should be without this unit. Anyone who is healing a chronic dis-ease or condition, or pursuing a path of conscious ascension will find unequaled support in this unit.
Using this unit is very safe. Because it is gravity fed, not pressurized, it is as safe as using an enema bag. The advantage to this system is that one can lie down in a comfortable position while using a whole 5 gallons of water to gently cleanse the whole colon, not just the rectum.
Our unit is a Class 1 non-prescription, FDA registered, client operated colon cleansing device. No Medical Director is required.
Package includes our Colenz board, matching molded plastic 5 gallon bucket, tubing, clamp, and 2 nozzles.
This recipe for Happy Colon breakfast cereal makes a gradual acting colon cleanser. It is mild and effective, and can be used to help keep the colon clear of blockage while doing a parasite cleanse. (We also recommend using home colon cleansing with the Colenz colon cleansing system, especially if you frequently experience blockage or constipation).
